Just curious for the creators, can you make a hockey game version?

First off love what you guys do with these games. I put about 600 hours into the OOTP 15. Without question best sports simulation game I've ever played, looking forward in playing the new one. And this is coming from someone who doesn't watch baseball.

But I'm just curious if you guys would be interested in makng a simulation game for hockey/NHL?

There is no good simulation game for hockey. It would be great if you guys made one for that particular sport.

That game has bad reviews. Is it created from the same team as OOTP?

It is created by OOTP, though by a different programming team.

It's a brand new game, few games are great in their first version. Give it some time.

The second version is looking very good during beta, I think people will really enjoy it.

In keeping with the theme of this thread, as much as I love OOTP - I keep thinking, couldn't I get something more. It's nice being Outside The Park - it's a good feeling. But couldn't there one day be something more....inside the park?

I hear ya, I just didn't think there was anything in the same par as the OOTP simulation games in regards to quality.

Where in steam can you find the beta version?

You can't find the beta yet, it's a private beta period. But the full release is coming up fairly quickly.
