What exactly is the International Complex for?
If I sign an international player they end up in that complex, but do they actually get any development there? I don't see them playing any games.... My AG isn't promoting them... should I just promote everyone to the rookie leagues?

Asked this question a couple weeks ago and yes they do develop. They usually are ready to leave at around age 18.

Don't promote them before their ready, because their (minor) league service clock starts. |

(Thx for the answer) So what's wrong with that? I plan to have some of these guys MLB ready by 20-21, shouldn't I force promote them to get better competition? Last edited by X3NEIZE; 03-25-2015 at 06:00 PM. |

This is of course if it's the same as ootp15. Players must leave the complex at 20, you can promote them at any age, but they will automatically get promoted at 20. You should just keep an eye on the player, some guys are ready sooner than others

When their minor league service clock starts it means you will lose control over them sooner and potentially cost you more money and them becoming free agents sooner in their career.

How old are they? If they are already 17/18 sending them to rookie ball can't hurt.
