Manager Reputation Question

Sorry if already posted...

I have no problems with the fluctuating manager reputations, but I'm a little curious about why the reputations fluctuate to "inexperienced". For example, I hire Cam Bonifay with 30+ years of experience who has a "good" reputation. By the third year his reputation has changed to "inexperienced." I could understand "poor" but this rumormongering I cannot accept!

If I had to guess, it's a holdover from the manager ratings from previous versions, that had "inexperienced" as the lowest. You're right that it should probably be "poor" if referring to reputation.
