Exhaustion of Pitchers

Hi folks,

I am currently in Spring Training and realized that my pitchers have a serious fitness issue.
My SP pitch mostly 45-60 pitches and show up "Totally Exhausted" the next day. My RP pitch between 20-30 pitches and show up as tired (30-60%)
Stamina for all is more than 50 (based on 20-80 rating)
Is this a Spring Training only issue and I can hope that this is no matter in the regular season or do I have a problem here?

I didn't plan to have more than 13 guys (was planning with 5 SP and 4-5 RP/CL instead) on my pitching staff, but right now it looks like I need them all.

Any help is appreciated.

IIRC, a SP is always at "Totally Exhausted" the day after a start regardless of the number of pitches he throws. Pitcher fatigue is calculated in a different way for starters and relievers in the game, allowing relievers to work on consecutive days while starters will always need several days of rest between appearances. Your starters should be good to go 100-115 pitches every fifth day if they have normal stamina ratings (12+ on a 1-20 scale is recommended for that workload).

Thanks.
As said above I work with a 20-80 scale, and all of my SP are at 50 or above. Is it just a Spring Training issue that my manager keeps changing Pitchers after 4 innings even when I set the "hook Pitchers" strategy to the far right (don't know the name right now)?
I used to work with Pitch Counts in the Pitching Setup, I will try this when I am back home. Might this help?

Starters will be taken out of the game after 4 innings in ST games. This is not affected by the team strategy concerning the quicker or slower hooking of starting pitchers who are not performing well. Increasing pitch counts might change this, but I am not sure about it since I never had an issue with starters leaving ST games early (I usually have a bunch of relievers in camp competing for the available bullpen jobs, pretty much like in RL). Going four innings per game over the course of Spring Training comes pretty close to reality where starters last about two innings in the early spring games, increasing the workload to 5-6 frames in the final contests before the regular season starts.

Alright. So I guess it's nothing to worry about.
Anyway I will keep this in mind when the regular season starts...
