Do coaches/mgrs/staff improve?

I've searched and only found limited info on this. Does the reputation change over time? I've had inexperienced staff for a year, seems like they would now have experience, wouldn't they? And can a poor (reputation) hitting coach become a good hitting coach?

I'd really like more info on how the reputation works.

I'm pretty sure they do get better, but "inexperienced" is kind of a misnomer because it's more due to be low-rated (as I understand it) than just not having experience.

I believe based on the date the thread was posted (2 weeks ago on 4/3/15) and that it is in the OOTP16 forum that the testing was done in 16 so it seems to be pretty up-to-date.

I know the coaches reputation will change but what about the actual numbers you would see if you edit a coach, if a coach's teach hitting rating is 98 can it ever improve to 99 for example?

Thanks to all. The thread posted above is certainly insightful. I'm still not sure what to think though. I hired one coach who was rated "good". He worked one year for me and changed to "inexperienced".

To be realistic some coaches managers and staff must also get worse. Anything else would mean the module is "rigged" for want of a better word.
