maddog81 Bat Boy Join Date: May 2014 Posts: 3	Help Starting a Game I just got OOTP 15, will be getting 16 soon. I'm starting a game in 1993 called Rise of Indy Ball and will have the entire affiliated and winter league system plus indy and college summer baseball leagues enter as they are formed. I am on the Dominican Summer League and am wondering how/if i can classify the DSL as a foreign rookie league.
