Why doesn't Questdogs names for OOTP16 come up in Add-Ons Central to download?

Because of the options available in the mod. And not everyone likes to use my world-default file.

I'd have to make it 3 separate mods to get it to work in Add Ons Central.

Though, maybe I should do that.....

Definitely and maybe permission to use those cuban names also? You already get rid of non baseball nation so I guess changing one for cuba wouldn't hurt.

Giving the Cubans their own list would make people have to use my world-default file or have Cuban names pop up in whatever ethnicity I steal for them.

I dunno who he's trying to fool, but someone like David Watts would never mow his own grass, much less some one else's.......wish I could be be like him.....
