Large amount of CG

Do you guys notice in your league that's there's tons of pitchers with tons of completes games every year? 15-20 or even more at some cases?

Yeah, i typically see that. i see too many innings pitched by starters, overall.

you can put some pitch counts in place to fix it. i'm not sure of any other way to fix it.

i'd suggest something like 125 - most, if not all, pitchers can still get tired at this number, and it's fairly true to life. i believe 30-50 pitchers a year should get roughly 200ip or more. check baseball-reference.com to get a better idea. i plan on adjusting the pitch count in 16 until i get typical results on IP.

if i get motivated, i might adjust that for the very best pitchers on an individual basis.

they added a box in overall strategy page for pitch counts. maybe this problem was the impetus for that.

Why adjust pitch counts for a bunch of pitchers individually when you can adjust endurance in league strategy and have it apply league wide?

Not sure if it counts but the MLB part of my EBL vs MLB league the leader had 10. 7 of these players have edited STA including Duggleby, but I would say the rest are in line with modern MLB.

League Options > League Settings > Stats & AI.

Options in General League Strategy.

Make sure you switch to a specific league in the drop down menu.

Is there a way to see who has the most relief wins?

Checked BB-Ref, and there were 34 pitchers with 200 IP in 2014. There were 16 (so roughly half) of them from 207.1 IP down to 200.0 IP, and therefore they could've passed the threshold in their last start of the year a la Mark Buehrle, who passed the threshold in his last start with the Jays in 2014. TL;DR: It's a pretty rare accomplishment in these days of super bullpens.

It's Questdog's antique skin but it did not install properly so I went back to dark skin and loving it. So it is a mix of QD's font with dark skin. It is cooler then default and neater in some ways then Questdog's file by itself. Hoping the new patch doesn't mess it up.
