Fictional League - MLB Players

My goal is to create a 10 team league under fictional league and start with a draft with current MLB players. I would like to expand 2-4 teams every 2-4 years. Can anyone let me know if that's possible? I cannot find a way to draft MLB players under fictional league creation.

Create a new MLB league. Delete 20 teams and their divisions. Rename and relocate the other 10. Schedule a Fantasy Draft. The players from the deleted teams will be in the draft, don't worry.
