A League First
My league had it's very first rare occasion.
Steve Carlton pitched his second NO Hitter of 1971. This is the very first time this has happened in the same season. He joins the few that have pitched two No Hitters. From April ![]() From June ![]() The others Bob Feller 1942 and 1947 Dizzy Trout 1944 and 1949 Von McDaniel 1960 and 1962 Dean Chance 1962,1967 and 1968 ![]() Earl Wilson 1967 and 1969 Joe Coleman 1970 and 1971 Steve Carlton 1971 (Twice)
