Okay. Here's another follow up question: Do these ratings evolve over a player's career? Can a young player with a low work ethic develop a better one? Can someone who is controversial calm down and learn to get along? Can someone grow into a leader as his career progresses? Right now, I have 21 year-old with huge talent upside who is a lazy-ass loudmouth. Is there hope? Thanks.
