Wondering if I can create this kind of league.

I am fairly new for OOTP. I am wondering if I can do this type of online league.

I want all teams to have the same amount of money to spend.

I just want a major league, AAA, AA, and A

I want to use current major league and minor league players.

I want each team to draft their teams from the beginning with a salary cap max and min.

I would like to start the league and let the owners hire managers, coaches, scouts, trainers, and set up scounting and player developement for the year.

Ideally the draft would only be around 30 or 40 rounds, then all remaining players go into a pool and fill minor leagues per team scounts.

I also only want to run 1 or 2 sims per week. Gives everyone time to trade and stuff. Wouldn't be so rushed ifyou have along day or two.

I also wouldn't mind using past players and each year the draft would add new players from the past that weren't in the previous years draft pool.

There's nothing you mention here that sounds un-doable, although I'm hardly an expert any more.

I would suggest you try to set up this league in "dummy" format. Don't worry about making it perfect. Just try to figure out if you can get it fundamentally set up the way you want.
