Playing old quickstarts

Just wondering if there is anyone else out there like me.
Sometimes I enjoy importing up to ootp16 an older quickstart to play.
Right now I am starting out with the one from OOTP14, so now I have 2 years of game to help sort ratings.

I go through and alter some of the ratings of players to match those who were rated more highly and fell (a lincecum or bruce), or those who have boosted (like altuve and some pitchers). In many cases a lot of the top minor league players ratings have mostly not changed.in the two versions.

So it is a bit of fun, you get a sort of 2-3 year real life replay, then take it on from there.
Of course Oscar Tavares is still there with the Cardinals. I might up his injury ratings a bit high, and see how his career goes along.

Anyone else?

Not to sound mean but I wouldnt raise Tavares' injury at all. It was a tragedy. Doesnt make him injury prone!

Didn't mean it exactly as it sounded.
Just the average player in the game is like a 40 or 50 in the injury columns, Tavaras was a 1 or 3. That is a big difference. So in stead I was just boosting him up to be more like the average injury guy (given that he did have an accident). Would do the same if a Mark Fydrich came in 1 1 1 1 as well, at least make him 55 55 55 55. Just a bit more realism for me.
