High school baseball

Since it's the annual high school baseball tournament in Japan, I feel like trying to recreate this in OOTP.
I've made a few tests already, but I have a few lingering questions.

- How do I make sure that the game doesn't create players outside of the age range I set (i.e. 15 to 18)?

- Which is the best way to get rid of the players aged over 18?

- Which is the best way to renew the players pool (draft?)

Has anyone tackled this sort of league before? Is there a topic where I could find some tips?

You can create it as a HS level. I did way back when and had no players outside of 15-18, in my 2nd year i had about 8 new players and i only lost 1.
Dont know how much this section of my league will help, but read it anyway.

Thanks. Interesting read. But it doesn't help me that much.

Still, I'll keep tinkering with the settings until I find something satisfying.
If I set the HS league as feeder league, will it resolve the age issue I've met so far?

You can force the league to create only players of a certain age and without a feeder, it'll replenish it okay. You just have to only let the game create players from whatever ages you want to constraint it by, but yes, if you had a feeder league that also only created those young guys, you'd still be able to get those ages into your draft or whatever.

Like it's pretty straightforward to create a feeder and/or a league just set the default player ages to under 18.
