I need some emergency help! One sub league is doubled up on games

In one of my leagues I have 2 major leagues competing with each other. Once I advanced to the preseason, I decided that it was time to merge them. The only problem is that now the league that I brought in is now doubled up on games, presumably from the previous league.

I have tried to clear the schedule, but even then, the old leagues games are still on the schedule. When I re-generate, every team has a double header everyday for the whole season(which actually might be a cool schedule idea). The result is one sub league is scheduled to play 162 games and the other 324!

I can't delete the old league because it disappeared after i moved all the teams out. Can anyone please think of something that I can do?

i just tried setting the next two days as offseason starts and preseason begins to see if it would clear the schedules. But the old league's games are still there

i have tried to begin the regular season just to see what would happen and then the game crashes. I think the problem is that my game thinks the other league is still active. But I am not able to delete it since it disappeared
