Suspensions
Add random suspensions. Not sure best way to implement. Perhaps very small chance of suspension for certain penalty types (high sticking, slashing) but a greater chance for every game misconduct.

Yeah, I want to do this soon. I think I had a system worked out for it a while ago, I need to dig that up and dust it off and see if it still fits.
