Help! No Trainer!
I am running a team in the Can-AM League and I have no trainer.
The problem is, nobody available is willing to work for me. What do I do? I have to think that playing without a trainer would be disastrous...

is can-am an online league? if so, i'd explain it to the league. i'd think it would be acceptable to demand a trainer of some sort even if it is the worst available. any recent college grad would jump at the chance, lol. sports medicine grads* far outnumber available jobs in pros sports (*whatever the degree is called). what you are experiencing would never happen in RL. |

It isn't on-line.
Can-Am is a real independent league. I am trying out running a team at a low-level rather than in the bigs. I think I need to create a trainer to hire. It makes sense that the people listed wouldn't work for me, but there should still be SOMEBODY.

Yeah, I don't do it religiously, but I try to create at least one player and one staff position at the end of every month to keep it fresh, maybe offer up a surprise or two, and gradually enlarge the pool.
