Online Suggestions

I have a few suggestions for online play.
One thing would be for the GM's to be able to download the new game file right from inside the game in a similar way to how team files can be imported/downloaded.
Another is being able to set advanced lineups and strategies. This is a big one for leagues that wish to sim ahead multiple days at a time.
Finding a work around for injuries when simming multiple days at a time would be nice too. Though I have few ideas on that.

Also in future version I'd request to make it exactly like OOTP 16 in terms of uploading league files from within the game, allowing GM's to download league file within game. Link the league website in game. More specific export/import information such as port locations.
