I think that since the game starts on August 15th or thereabouts, there should be a Quickstart set up with the rosters as they were on Aug. 15 for those that want to play the season out in GM mode from that point. Especially if there is a real preseason (camps) eventually added to the game. Actually, it may probably make more sense to have the database set to August 15 rosters for the game, but having the NHL season start date as a quick start point with opening day rosters. All the other leagues could be set to the state they need to be for this to work in the Quickstart.
