fictional contracts help please

what happens when you assign fictional contracts to players and personal.

Does it give players and personal more than one year and will it make it so i won't have to worry about free agents at the end of the season?

i want to be able to not worry about players leaving any of my teams because of Free agency.

Any help would be great I don't want to have to go through each player one at a time and change their contract.
will this work on the minors as well or do i need to also use this function on my minor league settings.

i had to use that function recently. it does give multi-year contracts out. if a player isn't eligible for free agency, they get the typical 1 year with arbitration and such.

you might want to run assign fictional financials after you assign new contracts. it will align budgets to the new payrolls for each team.

You could just turn financials off and no one will ever leave unless you cut them.
