Error: Could not create archive file

I'm getting an error when I try to create the archive in my league. We just switched to OOTP16.

The path appears to be correct. Why can't it create the .gz file? Any ideas?

Just to be diligent, you are selecting "Create Files" first?
What happens when you select "Open Archive Folder"?
You should have a file in there that is made when you select "create files." I cannot remember if it is the "League Files" text file or if it is a .tar and not a .tar.gz. See what is in that folder.

Yes, I can create the files just fine. Or at least it gives no errors.

When I check the 'Open archive folder" I get this path:

C:\user\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 16\saved_games\OELv16.lg\import_export

However, it won't create the file I mentioned above. I get an "Error! Could not create archive file oelv13.tar.gz" error.
