Creating historical trades between other teams?

I selected the check box for play in commisioner mode, but I can't figure out how to make trades between other teams. I'm the manager/GM of the St. Louis Cardinals and I want to recreate the Angels/Rangers trade of Hamilton. When I go to the trade screen the Cardinals are always the default primary team and I can't see where to change the primary team to another team. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Must act as owner of one of the two teams, then you can force a trade.
