I looked at the online manual and the personnel screen is not the same kind of screen that I see. It doesn't show a level of how they teach pitching and such, it just shows their reputation and personality and such with some commentary. I don't know how to get the best coaches if I don't see this information. I don't even see how differing tempers effect players. Please advise? Thanks.

Go to the Free Agents page, then click on the Available Personnel tab.

Select by job title (red circle) and by attributes (dropdown)

Use filters to further refine your search.

they've made all of that invisible, unless you turn on comissioner mode..

no idea why. seems simple to just apply a scouting innacuracy just like there is with players..

anyway you can peak in the editor to see that info. i think it's silly that it's not visible in some form, so i have no problems rationalizing this

i recently re-simmed an overtalented team (different than a weak one?). the coach probably makes only a negligible difference at best. a weaker team may be different. also, i do not let the ai control strategy, lineups, or pitching staffs.

i think the strategies the coach employs has 10X the effect as the ratings. maybe, they have actually removed the ratings' affects, since we cannot see them anymore... simply deprecated and not removed yet?
