Help- License key stolen

Is anyone manning the help desk? I sent them a message on Tuesday night and still no response. I tried to play a game on the same computer I've used for OOTP 16 since it came out in April. The game tells me my license is being used in too many places, but I haven't done anything. It's only on my computer and my father in law's computer, but I believe we are able to use the license on 2 computers.

Anyway, I sent a message to the help desk Tuesday night about this and still haven't heard back.

So I need some help please, someone stole my license and I can't play OOTP...btw, my ticket number is 14810...can anyone help?

You can also contact support@esellerate.net ... they are able to reset one of your licenses.

I had an issue once with them and they reset my licence and then told me to basically never ask for it again because they won't give it to me. Not a fan of Esellerate or Elicence in anyway. Next season, Im going to steam
