Adding a Major League

I have simmed a fictional MLB from 200-2014.

In 2015, I would like to add a second ML - how do I do that?

On the top you see the Box "GAME" click there then go to "GAME SETTINGS" on the right hand side there a black box "AVAILABLE GLOBEL ACTIONS"
Click and select "ADD a NEW LEAGUE TO THIS GAME"
