Can't play OOTP16

I set my active rosters to 40 and my 40 man roster is obviously 40. I had the AI setup my whole organization, but I can't get past this error message:

I have Jensen on the DL on my 40 man roster. Can't remove him. This is discouraging. The AI won't let me past this to start the season. Amazing.

Had to make secondary roster 41 to account for the DL player.

This occurs when you've left a non-roster invitee on your major league roster without adding them to your 40 man roster following spring training.

Check for the player without the * on your 25 man roster and add him to your 40.
