How do you handle your DtD injured players?

I play all my games out but I am wondering how do you use your DtD injured players? I use my sparingly. I will rest them for a day or two and try to play them towards the end of their injury, but if they have a history of injury, I try to play them less.

I never play them, regardless of injury severity. In my experience, they have an extremely (and unrealistically) high chance of incurring another injury while playing with a DtD injury.

I'll typically try to let guys rest when they're DtD, but if it's the playoffs or late in the season and I'm in the hunt I'll let it ride. Sometimes it's worth the risk.

Sometimes sit them or sometimes have them play but take them out early (say 6th or 7th inning)

If it's someone I like--I won't play them. If the %drop-off is 26% or higher I won't play them either.

If it's an SP that is d2d, I will usually keep them on a 5 IP or 75 pitch limit, but generally try and avoid using them.

Batters are always available to pinch-hit and dtd RPs can pitch to one batter L/L or R/R matchup

I usually use the for PH duties only, unless we're getting into a 15-inning cruncher and run out of bodies or something like that.
