Game Crashes, NO longer Manager

Started up a 2016 season with the Cubs as the Manager. Was in the process of playing out my first game when the game crashed in the bottom of the 2nd. When i loaded the game back up, the game had reset to the beginning of the season and i was unemployed.

Not too big of a deal because i didn't really lose that much but still kind of strange that i would no longer be the manager.

Any ideas?

If the game crashes, it will go back to the last point you had saved. If you joined as manager after you last saved the game, then we won't retain that.

As for the crash, what was happening when it crashed? Were you watching 3D? Was it during a play, or did it crash right after you clicked "swing away"? Anything you can tell us can help us track down what might have happened

It was the bottom of the 2nd and they had 2 men on base. Guy had just walked and there was 1 out. The short pbp was done and I pressed the 1 key to proceed to the next hitter and it crashed.
