bug in weather delays

At least I think it is when the weather calls for a delay.

Game (Steam version) will send message 'could not initialize or postponed.' When I hit 'okay,' it will open a window to Workshop Central. When Workshop central is closed, it just leaves me back on the 'could not initialize or postponed' window. Hitting okay just sends me back to workshop central...

I reported the bug, apparently you can use f12 instead of the cancel button to get around it
