Posting system

I'm trying to get a realistic posting system going for my 2016 Standard game.

I've tried 3-4 different times to get it right but it just doesn't seem to work. At start, I select MLB, Japanese leagues, and Korean leagues. I then go into financials and turn on posting for the Japanese and Korean leagues setting max posting fee to $0. I turn it off for MLB. I then simmed the season. I find the ONLY league that did posting was MLB and nothing from the other two. Sim another 3 seasons....same thing.

What am I doing wrong?

I fixed the problem with the MLB players being posted but still not getting any Japanese/Korean players posted....

Do note that in real life there is a different posting system used for *** players than for KBO players. The system for *** players was changed last year; for KBO players the old version of the *** system is used. Not sure to what degree OOTP models the specific rules and if it reflected the changes made last year.

The only option is gives is "Posting system enabled or disabled" and an option to set the max fees.

That have been something I have been trying to get happen since it was introduced. A few real players get posted but once you get into fictional territory, you will rarely (In my experience) get anyone posted. Idk if its a case of the players are just not good enough or what. In fact that might be it because I did at one point set the pcm's to the mlb default and started seeing players posted but changing the pcm's to match mlb is not realistic.

Also I remember lowering the max posted fee helped a tiny bit in the past. May have just been a placebo effect though.

The *** posts about 1-3 players a season in my game. Never worked for me in 16, does great in 17
