Pitcher rest status

Seems to me that pitchers rest up too quickly. Compared to previous versions they need about 1 day of rest less to get back to 100%.

See below attachment. This is from a 1936 World Series replay (Historical Exhibition). Standard stamina setting for this era is HIGH.
Carl Hubbell starts game 1 and throws 163 pitches. Two days later he's already back at 100% after 1 full day of rest (not shown in the attachment). After 2 full days of rest he pitches game 4 and throws 121 pitches. This time he's still 45% tired 2 days later. Then 1 day later his rest status goes from 45% tired to 100% rested.
Red Ruffing starts game 1 and then game 5 on 3 days rest. The day after pitching game 5 his rest status is already at 70% - slightly tired, and after 1 full day of rest at 100%.

Not sure if this is a bug but it feels like a too quick of a recovery, even for standard stamina setting HIGH. I also checked the MLB quickstart which uses standard stamina setting VERY LOW. With this setting starters are back at 100% after 3 days of rest. This is definitely quicker then before. Seems pitchers rest up 1 day earlier then before. Not sure if this was changed on purpose.

In below attachment you can see the difference between OOTP 16 and 17. I looked at two random rotations in both versions using the MLB standard game with pitcher stamina setting at the default VERY LOW. For these rotations each starter made a start the last 5 days. Here you can clearly see the difference. In OOTP 17 pitchers rest up more quickly and are fully rested after 3 days. This is diferent from past versions. With pitcher stamina setting at the default VERY LOW in past versions pitchers always needed 4 full days of rest to get back to 100%.

After some quick tests comparing OOTP 16 and 17 it seems that in OOTP 17 a pitcher with stamina 150/250 (Editor values) will be rested 100% with 3 days of rest after having thrown 100 pitches. (when changing stamina to 100/250 he's at 94% and with stamina 50/250 at 84%). In OOTP 16 a pitcher with stamina 150/250 will be at 85% after 3 days of rest after having thrown 100 pitches. In OOTP 16 a pitcher must have a stamina of 200/250 in order to be rested 100% after 3 days.

So there clearly is a difference in pitcher fatigue recovery in OOTP 17. Whether this was changed on purpose I do not know.

There was a bug in OOTP 16 which caused the pitcher fatigue calculation disregard the team trainer ratings. This got fixed, but it seems it's now too quick. Will be fixed in the patch
