Historical minors import bug (duplicates for initialed players)

When importing a historical league with minors, some of the players with initials as first names are created twice, with one player importing only major league stats and others with only minor league stats. For example in a 2001 import, JD Drew, JT Snow and AJ Burnett are created as two separate players, one with only major league stats, the other one with only minor leage stats. Others like BJ Surhoff, CC Sabathia and AJ Pierzynski had one player created with only major league stats. As well, for example, the major league only player was called J D Drew, while the minor league only player was J. D. Drew. This issue occurred for other years, in some cases with different results (in a 1994 league, there were two BJ Surhoffs).

I posted this earlier in the historical db forum, and spritze mentioned this does not appear to be an issue with the database itself. I uploaded the file MLB 2001 duplicates.zip

Fixed next build - A.J. Hinch was the only real duplicate from being a manager as well as a player. The rest just needed their ID updated as BBref and Lahman had different given names for these 31 players.
