Does anybody know what file needs to be replaced to change my OOTP-13 skin to the navy blue colored skin. Currently this utility I upgraded still has some old skin that didn't update as OOTP13 but the classic and dark both are.

You change it in the Profile screen, link to it in the upper right next to log out.

I understand that there is under
Profile
Preferences
Timezone Difference


i change that to my timezone and it shows the proper time in the draft. It does not change however for the exports

OK, first off, OU for OOTP 17 is released! See the first post for download location.

As I usually do, I've also simultaneously released one final version for OOTP 16, which has a bunch of bug fixes and minor enhancements (these are also in the OOTP 17 version, of course). Changes made in this version:

- Awards: Added option to remove relievers from Pitcher of Year ballot
- Development: Added tracking of fielding ratings (infield range, infield error, etc)
- Development (Cumulative): Added option to hide players who have not changed in the timespan specified
- Development (Cumulative): Fixed bug where positions weren't listed properly
- Draft: Added ability to draft directly from your draft list
- Draft: Added fielding ratings (infield range, infield error, etc) to available columns
- Draft: Batters who can pitch will appear under both pitchers and batters lists
- Draft (Selections): Fixed bug where positions weren't listed properly
- Draft (History): Fixed bug where viewing by team wasn't showing statistics of players
- Export: Properly applies timezone setting set in Profile tab
- Last Sim: Fixed issue where Complete Games and Shutouts weren't displayed properly
- Player Details: Fixed issue where Complete Games and Shutouts weren't displayed properly
- Player Details: Stats now shows WAR column, not WPA column
- Stats: Fixed issue where Complete Games and Shutouts weren't displayed properly

I've also scrounged up all the older versions of OU and posted links on the front page.

Have this all setup it seems, but what are the GM passwords? Are they the ones used in-game? My commish password didn't work.

I figured out the password question, but have a final question that should get us up and running:


I have our baseball league in a subdirectory named 'baseball.simsportsglobal.com' and our reports are housed at 'baseball.simsportsglobal.com/ssgbaseball/reports/news/html/'

So question 1 is should the server be set to 'www.simsportsglobal.com' or 'baseball.simsportsglobal.com'? I have the csv and OOTU files all housed in the subdirectory.

Question 2 is what should I put in the second row to remove that error?

Getch having an issue. my friends draft just stopped working , like the draft arrows are gone and it wont auto pick and u have to manually pick for the gms by entering the ids . whats the fix?

Can someone please help me with how to go about repopulating the draft pool? We deleted our draft pool in game and generated a new one today which is just how we want it, but the utility keeps showing the old players.

I don't even recall the step in the process that got these players there in the first place.

Thank you for the help! I was able to import the draft.csv file which gave us the round info, but should I be doing the same thing with that draft_eligible_players.csv?

Did your commish reload new files/reports and csv files after repopulation? I'm pretty sure ootpou draws it's info from that stuff.

I'm the commish, but your reply has me thinking that the issue might be that I did NOT update the reports today in-game and up to our website.

I did, however, already reinstall the entire OOTPU, only to see the same guys appearing in the draft list.

What's odd is that I can also still search for these original draftees, even though they were all deleted in-game.
