GM's without Lineup Control can still edit Graphical Depth Chart

So yeah, have a controlling skipper who won't let me manage the lineup or depth charts. Unless I go to the Graphical Chart screen and edit the depth chart from there, then it goes thorough. Maybe the pretty pictures confuse him?

The manager would override it anyways later, but yes, will be fixed to prevent.
