NOT a Bug....But Help required.

I was downloading some teams and logos from this site, and when I was through, I went to the game to install them.

My virus protection pops ups and says some contents are unsafe, do you want to make sure you are safe. I click yes.

My game OOTP Baseball goes away. After digging in my computer, I found OOTP Baseball, everything is there. EXCEPT, I can not access it.

I have spent months building MY league, and we days away from launching. Now I can not accept anything to open the game.

Can You Help?

What do you mean by "cannot access it"? Can't open the program, or can't load the league?

Your league file will likely be in a location like "C:\Users\Matt\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 17\saved_games", in a folder with a .lg extension. Copy that to a safe location. Then I would suggest you uninstall and re-install OOTP, and copy your league file back (if needed).

Sorry....it probably is the .lg part. I'm 64, not great at computers. I can't uninstall and re-install since I do not know what my license number is. I've never seen it. My wife bought this for me, and she has know idea where it is.

So, how do I find my license so I can re-install?

I'd suggest just trying to reinstall first - it may not ask you for the license code again.

If you need to recover the code, if you can't find the original email, then I'd suggest filing a support ticket (Submit a ticket - Powered by Kayako Help Desk Software) with the email you would have used to purchase, and we should be able to look up your license.
