SFTP issues

Our host has moved us to SFTP, and we can no longer do the normal online league stuff in-game. Just unable to connect. It's very inconvenient.

Our webmaster started a thread about it in the online league forum but hasn't gotten any response. I've also filed a support ticket but I've gone down that road before and waited months to hear back. I figured starting a thread here may get some more attention.

I've attached the ftp_trace file if it helps you guys out at all, because it doesn't really tell me anything I can use.

In game try setting ftp to an option other than passive. The trace looks like that's where it is bombing out

I've tried active and passive with the same result, both SSL and TLS.

BTW, this may have been sorted out. Turns out that I may have had a bad password, although I'm not sure how I managed to screw that up.
