Historical league set-up - won't allow me to import 2015 financials

Setting up a historical minor league game in 1920, I have automatically adjust financial settings set to off, and I'd like to use modern 2015 financials. I'm noticing the game won't allow me though. Nothing populates in the area, even after hitting refresh. 2014 and every other year looks to import perfectly fine, but there's an issue with the importing of 2015 financials.

In the folder ....OOTP17/database/financials.txt file there is no entry for 2015.

2014 is the last.
