Website issue - can't add attachments

This is more of a website issue than a game issue, but I didn't see a better forum to post this: for several weeks, I have been unable to post attachments. The "manage attachments" box which is normally there has not been visible for me for the last few weeks. Also, I am not able to bold/ italicize text in a post-- it simply ignores me when I try to select those formatting options.

I first noticed this issue in mid-April, and then it appeared to fix itself without me doing anything. After a few weeks of being able to post screenshots, I have not been able to do so for the last 3-4 weeks or so. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how do you fix it? I've tried logging out and logging back in and that didn't fix it, and I've had this problem on multiple computers. Thanks in advance.
