Some member of online league seeing different star ratings

Some members of our online league are seeing different overall and potential star ratings in-game than the rest of the league and the actual ratings. I believe that this theoretically should not happen as they should have the same settings files for the league as I have as the commissioner. Any help to identify the source and solution to this would be greatly appreciated.
