Draft - free agency

I have been playing this game since OOTP version 2, and this is the first time I am posting a bug thread. Something is going on with the draft and free agency in historical leagues. I started a league in 1969, and have held a draft in 1969, 1970, and 1971 - players drafted in rounds one and two - often sign a contract, and then play one year for the team that drafted them, and then sign with someone else the following year. These players were not trade or waived. It is something going on with the contracts and free agency ---- and I used basically the default league set ups.

I have tried to create a trouble ticket and FTP the files; both to no avail. Can someone provide me an e-mail address so I can send my files - so hopefully someone can take a look at this. The process is not right - a player shouldn't be drafted and a free agent the next year. I would like to move forward with this league; but want this issue resolved first.

1) This was reported a month or two ago. No action has yet been taken.

It has not yet been reported as fixed so it has most likely not been fixed yet. I am of the belief that the developers are aware of this issue.

I wouldn't think it would be that hard to acknowledge the problem, address it, and say we are working on it. I have heard absolutely no response. Which to me is very surprising for a top notch customer service company - that I have never had a problem with. I cannot keep trying to play a historical league until this glaring weakness is fixed.
