question about team pitching screen

In the team pitching screen in the starting rotation part of it. Right after the era is a column called pcnt what is that for a noticed that you can edit it,also what does it effect when you edit it.

PCNT stands for pitch count. You can use that field to set a pitch count limit for the starter. Zero means there is no limit.
