Unable to Replace Ejected DH

In one of my games, my designated hitter got ejected for arguing a called third strike. When I was taken to the substitution screen and put a new player in his spot in the lineup, the drop down menu to select his position didn't include DH. What I suspect happened is that the game treated this as if I manually removed the DH from the lineup, requiring me to relinquish the spot for the rest of my game and have the pitcher bat.

I uploaded my league files (hopefully I did it right... I'm pretty incompetent when it comes to this stuff) and am about to submit a support ticket.
