Set Auto Scouting Assignments Not Fully Working?
Went into scouting screen and had the AI create all assignments....however, noticed it did not make assignments for all the scouts....would there be a reason it wouldn't or possibly a bug? Seems like all scouts should be maximized.

It should be assigning them all. Where did you get Collins and Schmidt, though? I don't recognize the names, if they're generated free agent staff there could be something going wrong there.

I did not make any staff hires, this was default after starting a new PTG league.

Yeah, I just tested it with Vancouver and got the same thing - two fake scouts that won't get auto-assigned. Not sure what's going on there, we'll have a look.
