Is there some trick to getting international job offers in Sandbox mode cause I'm in season 3 and i haven't gotten any while in RTG i get them after my first season

It's not handled any differently than in PtG mode. There's just a limited number of international jobs and a lot of GM's that can get them, so it's by no means a sure thing that you get an offer in every game.

will i still get offers if i have commissioner mode on?
