Draft List Crashing in Online Game

We have a league that is now in the year 2019 (started in 2016). Just entered June and are trying to do the new play draft in-game. Many GMs (but not all) are having OOTP crash every time they try to click on the "Draft List" tab. The Draft Pool seems to show up just fine. But we can't run the draft because many GMs can't create a draft list.

It may be a by-product of a problem with our Rule 5 draft from the previous off-season. A bunch of people created draft lists for the Rule 5 but then the Rule 5 draft failed. We just decided to skip it. Now it seems like those lists might be causing the new player draft list function to fail.

Is there any way to delete the draft list file in the league so OOTP purges it and we can move forward?
