Player transactions not showing on player page?

On my player reports page, the player transactions are not showing, has anyone experienced this before?

Also getting constant crashes. Seems to be Ok through five seasons, then I start an expansion team, and the game will move forward for a period of time, and then crash. I restart, and it might go another two weeks forward, sometimes less, and it crashes again. I too, have Windows 10, and I even deleted the game, and re-installed it.
