International rosters not appearing?

I've noticed that the international rosters in my game don't appear-- there also doesn't seem to be anything on the schedule pages, etc on the other international pages. Anyone else experience this? If it's any help, I'm in the first month of my game.

The rosters will only be named just before an international tournament (since the availability of players can vary) - there's not a set national team for each country at the beginning of the game.
