My Key Number no longer works on my new computer

I purchased FHM 2014 a while back. My computer died. I reloaded the game on my new computer. It will not accept my Key License/ It says, "The game could not be activated, try again in a few minutes. I have been trying for days to get the key accepted.

Please help me

Hi Ronnie:

I reset your game's activations, so you should be able to install it again.

Let me know if you have any trouble.
