FTP No connection

Hello,

My friends and I started an online league using ootp 17 and for a while it was working fine. Then midway through the season as i was doing the auto sim it would not advance any days and wouldn't upload the files. This would last for a few tries and then eventually work. Eventually it wouldn't resolve itself over a few days and i gave the advancing power to another member. For no reason I would be able to connect again. Now what happens is I can no longer download his advanced files. I was able to for a short period and now I cannot. When trying to export it gives a 201 error. Download it just says unable to connect to FTP. I checked all my settings and everything and they have not changed from the starting settings. I am the only one in the league that has this issue. I was told to contact you by whomever is running the site we run our league through. He mentioned that Andreas Rhat would be whom I'd want to speak to. It is really unfortunate that this happened cause it has slowed down our league immensely. I am uploading the files as ftpnoconnection.zip in the help folder. Thank you.
