Cant Save or create new games

Every time I try to create a new game. It pops up with error that says, Could not create game folder. I don't know why. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still doesn't work.

That's usually an issue with Windows User Account Control not allowing you to write to the directory the saves are stored in. Try starting the game by right-clicking on the shortcut and choosing "Run as Administrator" (if you're on Steam you can create a shortcut that'll allow you to do that by right-clicking on the game name, then properties, then the "Create a desktop shortcut" button.)
